DE-MARK GROUP was founded by Engr Mark Idoko and consists of three companies: De-mark Integrated Projects Ltd, Freetech Engineering Services Ltd and De-Mark Homes Ltd all fully registered and authorized by the relevant regulatory agencies to carry out the business of civil engineering cconstruction, real estate development and project management in Nigeria.
The parent company De- Mark Integrated Projects Ltd was incorporated in 2007, Freetech Enigineering Services Ltd in 2012 and De-Mark Homes Ltd in 2024. We started out providing individuals and corporate organizations with high quality construction, engineering and procurement services.
With 17 unbroken years experience in all departments of civil engineering construction and real estate development, DE-MARK GROUP has maintained steady growth in the industry nationwide. We boast of a fleet of relevant construction equipment
On clientele, DE-MARK GROUP maintains a very robust partnership with Dangote Group and is one of the few companies that built Dangote Fertilizer Ltd and Dangote Refineries and Petrochemical FZE both in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.
Previously, DE-MARK had provided Dangote group first-class services at its cement plants in Gboko Benue State and Obajana in Kogi State. We also have successful business relationship with Bouygues Construction Nigeria Limited through works at their sites in Calabar, British High Commission Abuja, Transcorp Hilton Hotel Abuja, Jabi Lake Mall amongst others.
In 2020 we diversified our business portfolio into real estate development by launching De-Mark Hillview Estate at Kubwa. The project is a greenfield residential development. Due to high quality of work done on the project, it attracted Nigerian Navy and the bought the whole estate.
